I've searched the forum and couldn't find any results. I've heard of tank jiggle but not any issues otherwise.

Well my issue is that my lock switch doesnt want to work. It is stiff as shit and clicks into place but doesn't lock the fire button.

Had anybody else ran into this issue?

Mine is stiff as well but it locks the fire button like it's supposed to. Maybe it's not locked completely over? All it does is moves a couple of plastic tabs in the way of the battery cover's notches at the top inside the cover. It's somewhat of a pain in general so I haven't bothered using mine other than to test it out. It makes 2 clicks though or at least mine does, one when it passes around midway and then again when it's fully locked to the other side.

Thanks for the reply!!!

Yeah I've tried everything. Its all the way over and won't lock so I guess I'll try to get an exchange later today.

Kinda bummed - seriously one badass, underrated mod. Luckily it was at a B&M so there shouldn't be any issues.

What tank do you use with this mod? I'm using an older style 0.6Ω Sense Herakles and getting some SERIOUS cloud cover.

And the guys at my local B&M vape shop exchanged it AND hooked me up with a new pair of LGs.

That's awesome! Kudos to your local shop, sounds like you've got a good one. I think all these mods are mass produced and they're constantly being upgraded so it's a bit of a mad rush. I agree, it's a solid little mod and plenty for what I use it for. So far everything's worked properly on mine though I haven't pushed it to its limits.

Currently I'm using it with an ehpro bachelor single coil rta. Running stainless steel 28ga, my current coil is a twisted pair of 28ga ss316L at around 6 or 7 wraps comes out to .63ohms. More of a flavor chaser than a cloud chaser but it works pretty well for me. Usually I vape it between 25-30w, I tried 40-50w a couple times to see what it would do and the vape was way too hot for me. Paired with a ton of spitback and popping so I lowered it back down. The only time I really set it to 35w or so is in tc mode so it ramps up a little faster but even then I keep my tc at around 320-330F. I just prefer a cooler vape.

The only real con I've seen is paint seems to chip off it a bit easy. Seems to plague a lot of them though, I've seen vtc's with paint chipping, kanger mod's all nicked and paint chipped. Doesn't seem to matter if they're $30 mods or $70 mods. Most of these places I think get their mods from the same manufacturer, for instance the istick 100w. It's nearly identical to the kbox 120w. The istick 50w with built in battery is identical to the halo reactor mod at least from what I can tell.

Yeah, I try to support the local shops as long as it is economically feasible. If I want something and the local B&M has it for a few dollars more than I could order it, then I just buy it. If something is $100 in the shop and $50-$60 online, then I order it, but I do always try the shops first. I'd rather have my money supporting the local business if I can.
