Eleaf iStick TC60W Fire Button Problem Help

Just received my package today,The packaging was in great condition. However, intermittently the fire button will stop working when holding it down even before the 10 second cut off. I have tested again,now the button still acts up and doesn't fire every once in a while though.

So would you mind i asking whether any of iStick TC60W users met the same problem too ? And how does your guys to fix this problem ? thanks !

A friend had this with the new 100 watt and sent it back for a replacement. As you just got it, that's your best bet.

I just got mine today as well, no problems as of yet but one thing I do notice is that same tank with the same exact settings on my eVic VTC and the vape isn't as as good with the iStick 60TC. I have to bump the iStick up to 550F to get the same vape as I can get at 450F with the eVic....but for 43.99 shipped to my door I am not complaining...I really like the MELO2 tank with the NI200 coil so far.
