Easiest top fill system I have used to date.
Just push top open and fill.
NO leaking anywhere on this tank.
I left it on its side overnight without a drop spilled.
Very well designed and machined.
It does indeed vape at 300 watts.
I started @ 100 watts - seemed to remain sleeping.
At 150 watts it started to produce a fair amount of vapor and flavor but nothing special.
Jumped to 175 - good flavor and vapor production.
At 200 it really came to life.
At 225-250 I found it to be my sweet spot.
Awesome flavor and some pretty good vapor.
At 300 watts I was able to chain vape 21 draws at .8 seconds each.
The throat hit here is what caused the short draws.
It wasn't too hot but certainly warm.
But that throat hit prevented me from longer draws.
The coil had no trouble keeping up while vaping it like this.
NO dry or burnt hits.
But as expected, it is very thirsty (to be expected)
Changing coils cannot be done without emptying the tank.
While it claims 6.5ml juice capacity, this includes the massive amount of juice hte coil holds.
Inlcuding the juice I used to prime the coil I was able to fit a total of 6.4ml of juice.
Contents:
1 x MELO 300 (3.5ml/6.5ml)
2 x ES Sextuple-0.17ohm Heads
1 x User Manual
NO SPARE GLASS
There is a 3.5ml version but for me I couldn't justify filling up after every 5 draws. (slight exageration)
A great high wattage tank for under $20, I do suggest you get one.
While it isn't a TFV12 killer it holds its own.
The lacking RBA section didn't gain it any points.
However...........
I picked up a RBA section for the Melo RT 25 and it fits perfectly.
https://vapenw.com/eleaf-melo-rt-22-25-coils for $10.99
RBA deck:
Velocity style
Air flow slots are 10.8mm X 2.8mm
1.9mm holes for your coil legs spaced 10.5mm apart.
The deck cap is 18mm ID providing plenty of build room.
I was able to build with 3.5mm ID Framed Alien Staple 6 wrap coils from
b_d_builders to max out the entire space.
Ended up at 0.12Ω
THIS is an awesome build, love it.
