Hey. My computer has an auto-fill for my address book and while ordering my vape I had to give ID verification and the two names did not add up. Will they be able to change that so I can receive my item?

I ordered two items , could not verify my age so one order was canceled, money was refunded to prepaid card. The other order shows it's processing, but it seems it got stuck on processing its been almost a week now, and haven't gotten the item or refund on my second order.
