Elementvape.com absolutely sucks. They rejected my order (i’m 38) 3 times before I realized my billing info was different from my shipping info. Each attempt resulted in a separate charge to my card and now I have incurred overdraft charges. Their site for those 3 time rejected my order (AVP error with the age with company) and charged me anyways. We’ll see what happens. Their site is absolutely crap and would not recommend them to my worst enemy. It’s hard to decipher the dilution ratio ie: mg/ml. They slip in an additional product on each vape fluid that is actually from what I see is 0mg per ml for an additional $12.00 per 30 ml. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE JOKERS. I am going to seek action regarding my account. Heed my warning. Happy vaping!! (Unless you use Element)

I have a degree in computer science and have been a hardware specialist for the last 20 years and know how to checkout on a website. They charged me 4x. They Suck and their site is really sad

Also if you look at their BBB (Better Business Bureau) website they pass off their mistakes and their responsibilities as a vendor as customer fault and they have an answer for everything. What happened to the customer is always right? With element the customer is never right. Look for yourself.

i have had zero issues with them and a pre auth sometimes takes a few days to drop off and you can confirm this with your card or credit provider with monday being a holiday that might take longer...

a Pre-Auth is just that it does not mean you are paying it out... best case scenario is work with your card credit provider to fix those over charges if the pre-auth go thur or un-authorize all of them and get a new card sent to you.

Bold they are always free to do so nothing to be mad about
underlined not the vendors fault again nothing to be mad about unless at yourself

The site used information you entered for each attempt so its not the sites fault. the charges can be corrected thru the bank. not the vendor

now just to clarify a point i said i had no issues with them even with juice... was not defending them

Your mistake in your first order attempt... followed by a second and a third... you know what the say fool me once...and all.


i also would not have such a crappy bank.... in fact in most cases i have a very good CS bank...

a pre auth is a hold without proof from the vendor they will come back takes a few working days... this is an issue for the bank and yours sucks according to you sorry about that but until your bank says otherwise this is not the vendors fault.


the BBB is just from people who failed to order properly or read their site terms before press order confirm.

i have in total spent well over 500$USD over the years from them and only had issue once but that was due to device failure and was handled with a warranty RMA with the manufacturer. in most cases that is how vendors handle them.


in short your mad at the wrong people and vendors.
you can control the banks who you bank with and staying with a shitty bank is not the fault of the bank.

if you have issues with a vendor after reaching out to them and giving them time to correct then i can see coming here and blasting them but from your OP i only see things that were user error and misunderstanding of the site...

Why would you use 2 different addresses. I'm pretty sure most vendors these days let you do that. So something went wrong somewhere. Those are pre authorization charges. I'm sure Tuesday it will all get straightened out and you'll have your money back then. 8vape is also a good us based site. Or you could go with China shopping. But with all the protests I doubt they're working this week

I've had 2 issues in 3 years, picking error in warehouse and one defect mod. They were prompt and corrected completely at zero cost to me. That's not a problem.

Why do they get trolled like this....

I think sometimes people are too impatient. Order on Friday, it doesn't move til Tuesday and everyone gets bent out of shape. Noone think's about processing times. And your order is never the only one for the day. "I payed for 2 day shipping". Once usps gets the package it'll be 2 days.. But like this dude put in two different addresses 3 times. Not sure if he's trying to gift the order to someone else or not but my billing and shipping is the same. As with most people. But making 3 purchases of the same items to make sure they got it was definitely a mistake. If it doesn't go through the first time I'd have emailed right then. Not make the purchase two more times. Most places in the US are closed for the weekends. And now Mondays holiday. So Tues would be the earliest he could've gotten a reply. Like I mentioned above I'm sure EV will get him straightened out. But for future reference if something doesn't go right with a purchase, don't make 2 more of the same thing. Email and wait for a reply. I use Element all the time. Takes about a week to get here but still faster than China

When a person gets pissed off at a vendor they are much more likely to take to the internet to complain.


I get it though.
If what happened to OP happened to me I'd be pretty pissed off too.
Since my address = the address on my card I've never had a chance for this to happen.

Since my address = the address on my card I've never had a chance for this to happen.
I get it as well, most of the cases I see would piss me off too. Just seems to be a trend of new members only posts are to vent on EV. Can't imagine as an average Joe consumer joining a forum just to slam a vendor.
Guess if my Hoover takes a crap I'll join the vacuum forum and proclaim it sucks.

my billing and shipping is the same. As with most people.

I order things all the time with Different Billing and Shipping Addresses but never once had a problem. Ever from a Vendor in the U.K. because there is usually always someone here to sign for the package and they require a signature.

Worst EV has done to me is left an item off my order because they were sold out of it, not bad in itself but I had to email them about the item before they were like we were actually out of it so what would you like to do...not the way I’d handle that situation lol
