It has come off of my balance putting me in overdraft. I live in Maine and use a small bank. I cannot do anything until Tuesday and this has left me broke until next payday. They suck and you can’t tell me otherwise. My bank sucks too. Their site telling me they rejected my order 3x after confirming my drivers license and charging me for each rejection is unacceptable. Their site is crap. Read the BBB reviews and you might not be so quick to defend. Dustin Tombo could at least buy me dinner before screwing me...
Elementvape.com absolutely sucks. They rejected my order (i’m 38) 3 times before I realized my billing info was different from my shipping info. Each attempt resulted in a separate charge to my card and now I have incurred overdraft charges. Their site for those 3 time rejected my order (AVP error with the age with company) and charged me anyways. We’ll see what happens. Their site is absolutely crap and would not recommend them to my worst enemy. It’s hard to decipher the dilution ratio ie: mg/ml. They slip in an additional product on each vape fluid that is actually from what I see is 0mg per ml for an additional $12.00 per 30 ml. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE JOKERS. I am going to seek action regarding my account. Heed my warning. Happy vaping!! (Unless you use Element)

The site used information you entered for each attempt so its not the sites fault. the charges can be corrected thru the bank. not the vendor

Your mistake in your first order attempt... followed by a second and a third... you know what the say fool me once...and all.
i also would not have such a crappy bank.... in fact in most cases i have a very good CS bank...
a pre auth is a hold without proof from the vendor they will come back takes a few working days... this is an issue for the bank and yours sucks according to you sorry about that but until your bank says otherwise this is not the vendors fault.
the BBB is just from people who failed to order properly or read their site terms before press order confirm.
i have in total spent well over 500$USD over the years from them and only had issue once but that was due to device failure and was handled with a warranty RMA with the manufacturer. in most cases that is how vendors handle them.
in short your mad at the wrong people and vendors.
you can control the banks who you bank with and staying with a shitty bank is not the fault of the bank.
if you have issues with a vendor after reaching out to them and giving them time to correct then i can see coming here and blasting them but from your OP i only see things that were user error and misunderstanding of the site...
