Is it normal to have to wait a week or more to receive my prize?
I contacted them as directed. Dustin answered me right away, said to create an account at my freedom smokes and send him the email address i used to create my account and he would add the credit to my account there. I did that right away. No response after 6 days.

With all the chaos surrounding covid19, I would give it at least 3 weeks before I worried about it. They may only be in the office once a week or month.
