eVic VT 60w Problem

I bought Joyetech eVic vt 60w a few months ago. It didn't work very long. I called joytech and was told to return it to the distributor. The shop i bought it from was unwilling to help me. The issue is "No Atomizer Found" message. I cleaned the connections,tried many tanks with no success. Does anyone have any suggestions?
At this point I not willing to buy anymore joyetech products. I've since bought a subox mini starter kit and a Tesla 200w TC both work flawlessly. Just hate to toss it out it. Please help.

I had the same issue with my first Evic VTC mini; luckily the place I got mine (my vapor store) was gracious enough to take it back and send me store credit even though it was outside their return policy date. In my case I did everything you did but to no avail. Unless someone on here has any other suggestions you may have exhausted all potential remedies. How long have you had it?

Since Last aug. It broke in November.

That's a quite a while. Not saying you got your money's worth just that you would have a tough time getting any help from the manufacturer or the vendor. Might be time to get sometime new. Sucks but it happens.
