(Evic Vtc mini Firmware problem)Can't connect my EVIC VTC Mini to my PC

Hello guys im new to this and this is my first post. I've been searching for this type of problem but didn't find anything. So yesterday i got my Evic VTC mini (its my first vape btw), and i was pretty good. So when i got it home and I saw in google that there was a update for the firmware. But when i plug my vape in the PC, the Joytech updater doens't recognise the vape. Im sure it's not the port or the cable. Im using Windows 7 and USB 2.0

Having said that - try another cable.

Silly question, but are you connecting AFTER you open the update? A couple nights ago, I was updating one, nothing was happening, so I disconnected the mod. Suddenly the update appears... reconnected and all was well. I'm not running the latest and greatest update, because I don't really bother with using TC. I'm using one of the older versions.

If you DID connect after opening the update, then like Rick said, maybe try a different cable. Their updates are super smooth, usually.
