Evic VTC mini pixel line issue

Hey. I just bougth an Evic VTC mini and justr after turning it on this line (photo) showed up. What could it be a hardware or software probelm ? I had like 3 of these mods in my hands and there was no problems with them.

Don't know what could be causing that. But if it's new, I'd return it and have it exchanged.
