So I just got my evic vtwo in the mail with the kanger protank 4. Set it all up, read over the manual, and attempted to take a puff. Instantly got an error that said atomizer low then another that said atomizer short. Proceeded to change out the coil with some replacement coils I had lying around, since I thought the protank came with a faulty coil. Received the same error.
Tested my old subtank in the evic and it worked fine. Tested the protank with my old mvp3.0 and it worked fine, no short no errors. Took a closer look and it seems like when I screw the protank into the evic it sits kind of off center. The subtank in the evic sits flush no problem. And the protank in the MVP sits flush as well.
After some more testing it seems like the protank will work if I don't screw it in or the evic all the way. But if it gets jostled in the slightest it starts giving me the error screen again. Also if I attempt to screw it in any more it will give me the error screens. The subtank can be screwed in all the way and it works fine. These aren't screwed in insanely tight either, just what I would think we a normal amount.
Mainly just confused as to why this is happening and would like some insight on the matter. Thanks in advance for any help.
