My brand new Evolve Plus pen keeps flashing 10 times and I have checked the connections. I tried changing it but the red light that's supposed to indicate that it is charging will not come on. What could be wrong?

sounds like a bad battery if charging it does not work
Battery Protections:
Low Voltage - 10 Consecutive Blinks (Needs to recharge)
Short Circuit - 3 Consecutive Blinks (Usually a bad coil)
Overtime - 8 Consecutive Blinks (Blinks after 10 seconds of use)

Contact the vendor- many shops have a warranty on their products.
Did you watch any You Tube videos on your device? Maybe they can show how your mod is supposed to work and walk you thru the features?
