They are saying that a 14 year old shouldn't have been left without supervision in a fucking mall so it's not their fault.

Last time I checked along with the last time I was 14 years old 25 plus years ago the mall is EXACTLY the place where 14yr olds hang out without parental supervision.
I'm glad I don't live up there or i'd have to go to the mall kiosk and straighten these motherfuckers out myself - 5150
