id imagine you would have to use a huge dripper with a massive insulator, and some thick (22g or so) wire to handle to heat...
ive never seen anybody in person vape higher than 150 even at a cloud comp.
i know some unregulated box mods can reach crazy high wattages but who regularly vapes that high?

i answered your question, any rda with a beefy enough insulator and thick wire. the heat capacity is more to do with the build and wire than the equipment.
The short answer is that the mod won't fire a low (ohms) enough build to push that wattage. At nearly 9 volts it would hardly be pleasurable to attempt. What everyone here is really trying to say nicely is that you pissed away a bunch of cash on a pissing contest you cannot win haha and also the last version of that mod used to catch fire. So there's that.

You gotta work your way up from a couple 50-150w mods before you try to max out that portable arc welder, son.
There are several sweet-spot calculators out there to figure out what size build/wattage/etc you need for optimal performance on your mod.
I'd say you might want to get about 25lbs of heavy gauge wire and start wrapping a shit-ton of different coils now.

acording to a vape calculator at https://www.misthub.com/blog/tutorial-ohms-law-vape-safety/ i need a coil that pushes out .03087 ohms at 90 amps(which is what three 30A 18650's would put out) at 10 watts it should be at 2.7769 volts. does this seem correct. if so is it possible. and if it is possible how do i achieve this?

Please take everyone's advice here. There is no need to go that high, nor is it smart. You're not really going to be able to get a build and set of batteries to utilize that 260watts. You are risking your safety.
But to answer your question about tanks, there is no tank that will be able to handle that wattage. The only decent tank out there that even comes close is the TFV4 with quad coils, and even that one is only rated to 140watts. The only thing you could possibly use to get higher would be a high quality dripper, with, as others have said, a really good insulator (good luck finding one that can handle that wattage for long), that's made out of thick stainless steel. Then you will have to make some ridiculous build using super heavy gauge wire or an extremely complicated twisted messes Clapton zipper build made with 4 or 5 wires. Then you will have to cram all that into the rda without it shorting.
No one vapes that high. Most people who have 200watt mods are only using the higher wattages for a 1 second preheat, not regular vaping. These companies are not really making 200watt devices so you can regularly vape them, they're doing to show they can make it, like a pissing contest. They're not saying it's safe to use it at that wattage and it doesn't matter since they aren't responsible if something goes wrong. Every time you buy one of these, you agree that you are using it at your own risk and that there's dangers involved.
Even if you can make the build and then find batteries that can handle it which you won't,) the batteries won't last long, both for a charge and for number of cycles. You are stressing them. out too much. Stop trying to be in a pissing contest.
I'm not even going to get into the fact that you weren't even a smoker. These are the kind of things that are bad for the vaping industry and are going to bring about heavy legislation. Stop giving legislators ammunition

When batteries are wired in series you're limited to the amp limit of a single battery, no matter how many there are in the mod. And those numbers don't make sense. Also-your mod won't fire any build below a .3 ohm build. So a .03 ohm build won't work. Like i said earlier, you can throw a .3 ohm build in there and crank it up, but it won't be a fun time. The folks on this forum are all very smart, if you were wise enough to bring your question here-you'd be wiser to listen to what everyone is telling you. It's rather obvious that you're not going to stop until someone tells you what you want to hear haha, but for us here on the forum it's a moral conflict. As much as i would LOVE to see a video of you choking to death vaping at 260W for the first time, i hesitate to enable you to undertake such a task since it is inherently dangerous considering the history of the SMY boxes.
