As for cookie... FA cookie, there is no substitute IMO, but maybe someone can advise. It's in my top 2 flavors.

Actually I'd use TFA Dairy Milk in place of Vienna, just because it's my favorite cream anyway.
Inawera Biscuit is close to Cookie but a bit stronger, and another one of my favorites.
TFA Cheesecake Graham Cracker may be another to try.
(All 3 seem to have some of AP in them that goes well in many things).
Recipe may not taste quite the same although I doubt it would be bad.
TFA Vanilla Swirl is about as close as you're going to get. Double the FA percent.
FA Cookie is one of those irreplaceable flavors.
You cannot recreate it with anything else (I've tried immensely)
Try another cookie like Cap Sugar, it'll be a completely different recipe, but it'll probably be tasty.
If it already has Cap Sugar, Layer with some inw biscuit.
