FA Wine Champagne: 1.5-3% ( I have not tested over 3%)
A pleasantly sweet "doux", slightly fizzy, sparkling white wine. It is not dry "brut". I do not detect any fruit notes as in chardonnay. I do not detect any "steely" gunflint notes of a chablis wine. I would call this a sparkling wine, not champagne.
I am no wine conisuer, nor am I HIC, but I'll do my best to describe this flavor. As I researched wines this would definitely be under white wines. The best category this flavor would fall under would be a sparkling wine. Both sparkling wine and champagne are carbonated, to my knowledge champagne is more carbonated. If that is true, I would consider this flavor a sparkling wine.
At 2% I can taste a fizziness at the tip of my tongue. This is a delicious wine flavor. I could vape it easily throughout the day at 2-3% standalone.
I haven't been able to make an fa mimosa yet as I cannot find the right fruit combination, and the wine is sweet.
Although I haven't yet tried this I think that , 2-3% FA Wine Champagne mixed with .25-2% of a light fruit or combination of fruits would make a nice fruity wine. I think forest fruit would be a great berry wine. Melon, Strawberry, Peach, White peach, pear, Apple, bilberry, watermelon.
At 4% still the same sweet wine & not any bubblier. A bit strong at 4 % to me, I prefer under 3%.
