I suppose that would depend on the target audience OP has in mind. If it’s a “For Vapers By Vapers” type of deal then talking about how less harmful vaping is than traditional smoking is preaching to the choir, a bit.
Now, there could be special segments during the podcast or Special Edition Shows where you could have those folks talking about that topic...something like “Bring a Smoker Day” to get them the info and maybe have a Beginners Tutorial in conjunction with it for those wondering how to start the transition from analogs to e-cigs.
And the Death Merchants aren’t all that bad...from another perspective you could say that if it wasn’t for good ole Philly M, we never would’ve discovered the joy of vaping and the accompanying hobbies it created. It’s kinda funny to think that Big Tobacco, in not keeping up with the times, essentially created the market for its competition (Vaping).
You're not drinking water are you?! You realize that stuff is found in antifreeze!?!
I really wasn't meaning BT as the death merchants, but BP, the ANTZ "charitable" orgs (really just BP's paid mouthpieces) and politicians/bureaucrats who thrive on tobacco taxes and the MSA funds. BT is merely doing what they've always done, and what ANY business would do: try to stay in business, and they aren't forcing their product on anyone, hence the total lack of ethics in the MSA.
BP doesn't give a royal rat's ass if their products hurt, kill, or cure anyone, as long as they get to stay in business and keep making ever more money -- if a product actually does treat or cure anyone, that's just a fortunate side effect, not the true intention -- if too many people get cured, there goes a lucrative market!
All the various alphabet-soup orgs make a lot of noise about people quitting smoking... but from their reaction to vaping, it's easy to see that they don't actually want anyone to quit and stay that way -- they love those patches and pills, because they usually fail to do what they're supposed to do and help people quit, so then they bring out the shame engine and tell you that you didn't do it right, just keep trying, don't quit quitting, etc... and none of the pharmaceutical crap intended for that purpose addresses STAYING quit in any way, shape, or form -- because, again, if people stay quit, there goes that particular consumer's participation in what must be the biggest and most blatant scam of all time.
As for the politicians.. well, they're politicians, so OF COURSE they lie and love money, and love it best when they lied to get it.
