If my math is right, it would require 865 employees, working full time for two years (without taking 2 weeks vacation off) to complete the paperwork for all of NicoPure's products, using the FDA's estimates on the number of hours per application.

Fab articles. I don't see how a vaping industry can & will exist with these requirements. Goodluck with the legal case.

Making the violation even worse is the fact that by its own admission, the FDA failed to quantify the expected benefits of the regulations.
I can't think of ANY benefit at all, unless of course you think it's beneficial to protect the traditional tobacco industry and the revenue it generates for the goobermint.
