Fed up of vaping stores

I've ordered from two vaping stores, and none have delivered my package. How does this happen with these companies? I'm going to try one last time because I've had enough, but before I do, do you think this store will deliver? Because I don't want them to waste my time or money. They seem ok, but I've lost all hope in them
