Not really surprising that a Fed judge found unconstitutionality, but I'm a little surprised at the basis for it, the interstate commerce angle. I would have thought more towards the Sherman Antitrust Act type stuff, illegality of monopolies, which it effectively is, since only one security firm is allowed to play.

But I'd say it's very encouraging, that a fed judge has his eyes open; maybe the judge(s) hearing the lawsuits against the FDA will be equally possessed of vision.

I bet the state does not appeal the ruling. That whole thing was insider corruption from minute one.
