Federal judge rules label change does not make for new tobacco product

This is called "setting precedent" so now a change to an eliquid or devices label does NOT make it so the manufacturer has to file a brand new PTMA for that product - 5150

Hopefully the next successful suit we read about is in regard to vape products.

IE: "Judge rules e-cigs are not tobacco products"

This just goes to show how the Big Three tobacco manufacturers can control the FDA while the little guys have no affordable recourse.
