Filling the Goliath V2

Hi all. Does anyone else have issues refilling the Goliath V2 from the bottom? I use a syringe with a flattened tip and insert it as deep as I can but I often still get back-flow, sometimes into the chimney... I believe a bubble forms that stops the flow from the syringe. After the suspected bubble pops, the excess liquid will finally flow into the tank. It's a royal PITA to fill this thing. My Lemo V2 has a side fill port which is genius and ridiculously easy. The Triton top fill is extremely easy, too.

I also have the same issue, every time I fill it it pukes for second and then it is fine,EVERY F ING TIME. I don't really understand why I have tried 10 times with just vg cause I got sick of wasting juice and I cannot figure it out. I love the tank just hate filling it.
