24 awg K1 twisted 5 wraps 2mm ID comes to .16.

Not bad at all for a first stab at it. What's it built in? If that's an air hole I see below the coil, you might want to add a wrap or two to lengthen the coil past the ends of the air port. This will reduce juice seepage out the air hole.

It's on the tsunami on r200 dna. I'll take a look at the airhole but so far didn't have any problem with leaking.
