Yeah, I'm not sure what the deal is there, either. I have several Five Pawns bottles here, and they all have warnings. The suit is naming one flavor in particular: Perpetual Check...and I don't have that flavor here to look at the label.

I'm glad there are some bigger companies named in this suit. They should have the resources to fight this.
