I've learned so much about DIY mixing and finally getting to understand some of ideas and terms. The concept of low/mid/high notes was hard to grasp but now I get it. Also, terms like dry/moist, thin/thick, mouthfeel, bright, floral, tart ect makes sense but I just can't wrap my head around terms about "texture" like crunchy, grainy, fluffy, ect. Any thoughts about this? Feel free to discuss any other terms (and what they mean to you)
