I'm getting this weird bite from Mangosteen. I guess its kind of bitter? I honestly don't have the palette to describe what the aftertaste is, but it brings the flavor down. It's similar to the "twang" in FA white peach.
Has anyone run in this note using Mangosteen, and have any solutions?
I was thinking a little EM, but sweeteners are my last resort.
Also more companies gotta start making Mangosteen a flavor, it's an awesome fruit.
