Flawless as been around a long while, they opened about a year after Vaporjoes. They have been one of the best online vape shops going. These guys have their hands in everything.
There clearance section is outstanding, and they have a TON of juice at a reasonable price.
In terms of state shipping restrictions - As of now they ship to my state which is probably the worst in terms of what you can have. If they ship here, they will probably ship anywhere else too.
