It appears that a Friends reunion could finally be in the works, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Sources tell THR that a prospective Friends reunion special would be released on HBO Max and could potentially involve the six core stars as well as the original creators, if deals and scheduling can be worked out.
While talks are still ongoing and far from confirmed, if everything comes together, the Friends reunion would feature Courteney Cox (Monica), David Schwimmer (Ross), Jennifer Aniston (Rachel), Lisa Kudrow (Phoebe), Matt LeBlanc (Joey), and Matthew Perry (Chandler), as well as the show's creators David Crane and Marta Kauffman.
