My favorite fruit dish is pineapple, mandarin orange, with fresh lime juice on top. Suggestions on recreating this?? I'm very new, have not mixed my own juice yet.

Pineapple has a couple of possibilities. Molinberry Funky Pineapple is probably my favorite of the lot. Fresh, twangy and tastes like a nice slice of pineapple.

Mandarin orange…..Capella has a mandarin and so does Flavour Art. Capella tends towards the sweet and FA tends toward real life, so it just depends on what you’re looking for.
