Made this last night:

8% Chocolate Fudge Brownie - Cap
5% Vanilla Bean Ice Cream - TFA
3% Vanillin - TFA
2% EM

It's rich, chocolatey, and super delicious, but I'd really like to taste the ice cream part more. I added 2% FA Vienna Cream to the 10ml mix, which really added to the creaminess, but I'd still like more of an ice cream essence too. Not sure if more of the ice cream flavor is the answer, but I'm open to suggestions. But it's quite delicious the way it stands, I highly recommend it!

Lower Caps and TFA? They usually take so much more....I really need to beef up my FA arsenal....lol! Thanks, I'll start brewing the next "potion", as the husband calls them....:)

Vanillin is just that.. all of the major companies sells it, it's an additive..
too much and it can foul your juice up, on a long steep/age/cure period..

and yes, i'd lower the cfb..
its good between 5-7% but in this case, you are looking for "ala mode" meaning to me..
more cream and chunks of brownies.. ;)

I am also brewing something with vanilla bean gelato, and I haven't been able to hit the Ice cream note with it, I think I will have to go in a different direction

Tried swirl already, still no where near gelato to me, and I have found that vanillin takes more out of a mix than it gives, it really mutes flavors, pretty much like EM, but I will give it a try and see what happens, I know for sure I have not tried that mix until now! :)
Thanks Smoky! :)

like i said, it does some funky things to joose ;)

Vanilla Classic instead of vanillin maybe? I'd thought of that and the swirl option too.

Try adding sweet cream or Bavarian cream in with the vanilla bourbon
