WOW this looks great! wonder what .5% Cinnamon Ceylon in it would do?

I will try this one out tomorrow. I will do one with Ceylon, tough think .5% will be a tad too much. I may go with .25% as a starting point.

@ADV_search , so you added whip cream or Fresh Cream. Still not sure. Thanks for posting.

Looking forward to hearing "reviews" on this one. I haven't bought juice in a year. I came really close to breaking down and buying a bottle of Gambit before I went to Jamaica last year. I haven't even come close to buying juice since then. I am going to Jamaica again in March, I'd love to take some "Gambit" with me...

I have vaped around 3mls of it, I did it as the OP pointed to, without any extras
I have no idea what the original gambit should taste like
To me, it's good, not great, but good, it feels like an apple pie without the juicy baked feel of the apples, I think that the custard and the pie crust are not complementing each other too well. I would remove those 2 and add cookie instead, and use fuji apple too, by 1.5%
I would definitely add cinnamon celyon here, it really feels like I am missing on that cinnamon on top of the apple pie, but that's just me, I am aware that most peeps do not like cinnamon.
I would also add at least 1% of vanillin, just to round it up and make the vanillas present.
If you feel like the "brown" effect is missing, you can add brown sugar there.

Please take with outmost respect to your work, I hope it helps you in achieving a wonderful vape, I think you are pretty close.

I am glad you tried it. switching out the extra 1% apple for fuji might help i have not tried that before, how ever the original has a strong pie crust taste i would not take it out or add cinnimon or brown sugar, (IF trying to clone it) . how ever the vanillin sounds interesting and worth trying . i would suggest adding .5 more caramel ,reducing pie crust by .5, switching fuji in for apple @ 1% and add your vanillin, aslo let it steep it gets better after 10-14 days

Really liked Your review of this juice! It was very informative and tells me your taste profile has similarities with mine. I can't imagine any baked apple without a touch of cinnamon! When I do a clone recipe I just use it as a starting point and don't try stay as the original juice. When you're lucky and it goes well you end up with something that's better than the original comercial juice. I've had two people tell me they like my Castle Long Clone better than the Castle Long from Five Pawns.

Thanks EWS!! I Love apples and cinnamon, I hope I can reporta back to this thread with some of my experiences trying to get it to the point I like, and maybe someone else will like it as well, none the less, that doesn't mean this is bad, in fact is quite good, but it just doesn't agree too much with me!

First time poster here, and brand new to DIY (Xmas Present to myself). Been playing around with this recipe some and after doing some lurking and reading (HIC! You are so awesome with your notes/recipes) I came up with a nice tasting apple pie. I Have no idea what Gambit tastes like as I refuse to pay $1/ml for any juice, but from what I gather 5 pawns extracts alot of their flavoring there self and also they barrel steep their juices. Here is a good variation I made a few days ago on suggestions from this thread and others. I like it myself and hope the flavor %'s are not too high (Still trying to get the hang of FA percentages).

2.5% - Apple Pie
1.0% - Fresh Cream
1.5% - Caramel
0.3% - Cinnamon Ceylon
0.5% - Walnut
1.0% - Cookie
2.0% - Fuji
1.5% - Catalan Cream
1.0% - Vanilla Bourban
0.5% - Brown Sugar (TFA)

Still Tweaking it some. I almost put some Oakwood in there for the barrel age effect but decided against it (Maybe in a revision). I feel as though I probably could raise cinnamon some and maybe lower a few others (Fresh Cream / Catalan). It does give that juicy apple taste. Feel free to give
it a try and some feedback.
