Their customer service is a joke. It's not their job to HELP you, they have been trained to do whatever it takes to make sure the money stays with them. Even when you get things, it's like a 50/50 crap shoot as to if it even works, and I dare you to try to deal with them if it doesn't. I ordered 3 times, 1st 2 were fine. Now this Nov.23 order isn't here, and this is unacceptable. Now that I checked out their FB page, there's no doubt these people aren't good. Deleted comments everywhere. Anyways, that's my rant. I'll never order there again.

There are at least two threads here on VU with similar complaints. I saw those only after I had placed my order. If I'm not in a hurry, and want something cheaper, I order mainly from fasttech. On occasion, I order from focalecig. With fasttech you need to pay attention to whether it's in stock, or not.

I usually do FT. 2 weeks order to door dozens of times. But GB had a tiny little 18350 mod for $15, so I ordered. I'm sure it's probably fine. But I have no idea because it isn't here, and CS just lies to shut you up.

I pay with paypal..

If my order isn't at my door in 30 days, I contact the seller in China, if there is no tracking. At 40 days with no tracking or acceptable response, I file a paypal refund.

Fast tech has always treated me pretty well. Though response time can be lacking. Shipping has never been faster than 3 weeks from ship to my door.

I hope Joe gets paid by the click with gear shit. I won't buy from them based on the MANY negative reviews here. I click the link and if it's gear shit, I close the window.

Another problem is when there's either a holiday coming up, or there was a holiday. They tend to lack working during that time. It seems they have Chinese New Year coming up.

I, too had a problem with Gear Worst. My order was over $ 100.00 and I waited thru Oct then into Nov and still no show on my order. So I contacted my bank and told them what had happened and that I had not received anything and they contacted Gear Worst and FINALLY got my money back! It was unbelievable! Never again!

+1 on the Holiday the whole country seems to shut down for weeks at a time.

I ordered from them once it took almost 2 mo to come but I have heard so many negatives about them I will never order from them again, luck can't last that long!

Gearbest could be one of the best online retailers out there, if they could only get their act together. Prices and selection are as good or better than Fasttech, everything is almost always in stock (focalecig? less than half of the products are in stock at any given time) and Gearbest has every color available (efun.top? silver or black, maybe).
Hopefully word of mouth here and other forums will get them to actually care about customer service and get the shipping situation turned around. For now, I'll shop elsewhere...

My couple vape orders have taken pretty much forever, though when the stuff arrives it's like Secret Santa sent me a gift because I've usually forgotten I even ordered.

But around the end of the year I took a huge gamble on what appeared to be the Chinese knockoff of a Microsoft Surface Pro tablet - it arrived in less than 10 days and has worked so well that for the last month I haven't even touched my laptop...

Really??? I've been dealing with them for 2 months. She can't help. What part of that statement do you disagree with? She'll tell me it's been shipped. I know that. They lie. Constantly. Tickets are a joke. That why I avoid places like this. Guarantee this is my last post. I refuse to waste anymore if my time. With GB, & people like you. Buh-bye.

Did they give you a tracking number?
Did you file a dispute with payapl or your credit card?

If you think the "easy" thing is to just bitch your face off, you are wrong. With the effort you expended here, would have been used to dispute the charges, then you would have your money already.

I guess it was more important to get your cry out. Need a tissue?

I am trying to understand here. So you are going to have someone with an opinion make you feel the need to run off?

Just as you are free to share your opinion and discuss your experiences with GB or whatever else just know randall this is a community with people from all walks of life and if you think that what you have to share demands everyone to agree with you, well...Nevermind!

You started out your posting here with a complaint and now you are ready to walk away. Seems to me you had an agenda from the very get GO!

So, let me understand this. You want to complain about an experience you had with a vendor and someone else chimes in and gives their opinion and you think telling them to STFU is going to help your cause or get you positive feedback, you got some nerve mister!

I've done 4 orders with GB. Everything but 1 item arrived in decent time, comparable to other Chinese suppliers. Reading through some of the threads ripping GB, it made me wonder. On my last order the Hurricane clone showed up as out of stock as soon as I placed my order. They do need to get a handle on what they've got and how much of it. They shipped everything else but said the Hurricane would ship when stock replenishes. With the celebration they have going on now, I was sure that I would never see it. But, this morning they credited my Paypal account for the cost; apparently they aren't getting any more. At least they took care of everything correctly on their end, without any input from me. I will continue to use them on occasion, at least until they screw up. (That's why I don't go to Focalecig and they DID get input; they weren't honest).

When dealing with another country halfway around the world, patience is necessary. Don't use your credit/debit card; Paypal is your friend in these cases.
