The U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) has regulated cigarettes, smokeless, and roll your own tobacco. However, on August 8, FDA finalized a new rule to regulate all tobacco products.
This new rule has come with opposition from the tobacco industry and led to the development of legislation to attempt to block the rule.
