Getting liquid in my mouth from Taifun GT II/ Help new vaper!!!

Im new to vaping i bought a Taifun GT II tank and today (fourth day of using it) it started to taste very warm and i had the liquid in my mouth.. I tried everything but i just dont know what the problem is any help?


I have 28 Coil with japanese organic cotton build.
I dont know if u can see it but the air flow channel has liquid on it and if i inhale i get little splashes of liquid in my tounge...

Hello, I dont know if your TF is genuine or if the bell top cap is genuine. I heard some of the clones of the clear bell cap had problems.

I had a genuine TF GTII and the genuine Steam Tuners clear bell cap and had that happen when I used certain drip tips. I dont know if it was because the drip tip was a bit short or long for the clear tank or too narrow, but when I used the OEM drip tip no problem with liquid going up the drip tip.

Check to make sure that all your orings are in good condition so that the air pressure is right and isnt causing the over saturated wicks.

Make sure your cotton , the legs of the wicks are not to high up so that the liquid goes up the drip tip. If your coil is up to high, too close to the chimney it will also act like a straw and you get liquid in the drip tip.

I hope this helps. The Taifun GT2 is an amazing atomizer. You just need to fine tune the amount of cotton depending on the thickness of your liquid so that you dont over saturate and get the liquid up the chimney.

Im sure others will chime in and give you some good advise.

Thank you! I guess i had the coil too high i just pushed it down and the warmth of the vape got cooler, different taste! Going to keep on vaping i hope not to taste again my liquid..
