My fav Merlot has notes of cherry, chocolate and plum. This is pretty close and no hangover. 
Merlot
1% VZSC Gourmet Isabella
.5% VZSC Rum Raisin
.5% INW Brandy Cocoa (or 3 drops from INW bottle per 10ml)
.25% INW Tino D'Milano Cherry Juice (or 2 drops from INW bottle per 10ml)
.5-.6% INW Smoked Plum (or 3-4 drops from INW bottle per 10ml)
1 drop FA Oakwood
The Rum Raisin might sound odd, but to me it's neither Rum nor raisin, but boozy grapes. Beefs up the Isabella nicely since it's kind of on the pink wine side.
