I do not know about these. It would seem at that temperature the Ceramic could chip that thin. the jagged pieces in your lungs would not be good. Cotton is soft and will doubtfully end up in your lungs anyways. If I am completely unfounded on this feel free to advise me. Perhaps in fact it is actually safer?
