I was messing with some coffee and pumpkin spice, and accidentally made Ginger Snaps 
I used TFA Coffee Clear Flavor Concentrate and Pumpkin Spice (50/50). At first the spice was overbearing so I diluted with a little extra VG. It ended up tasting exactly like Ginger Snaps, and even has that little bit of heat (you ginger snap fans know the heat...)
