Hey I just got gifted a goblin mini 2 is there any tricks to get it to not leak after filling? It didn't leak a little either it leaked 1/3 of the tank I thought it was a wicking issue at first but it stopped it stopped leaking. I have 2 v1's and know how to wick them. I managed to get fused Claptons in it 2x28gN80/36gK 2.5 mm 5 wraps .26 ohm. I know other people have had leaking issues with the v2 but never paid much attention to it since I didn't have one. Anyway if anyone knows how to fix this issue let me know, thanks!

More cotton? Was considering getting one, as i love the v1. I like a warm flavorful vape and v1 is the only tank I've had to give me it. If it weren't such a pia to fill....sucks juice so fast, I thought it was leaking when I first got it. Not that I've had a ton of rtas, but i haven't gotten what i would call an rda vape out of my mutation mt or griffin.

I think any top fill rta without solid juice control is gonna leak when filling? Although juice flow in bottom of deck like boreas or aromamizer, might be less likely to leak through air flow and may just slighty flood the deck and can be vaped through?

Vape it nearly dry before top filling. Close off the airflow, fill, put the top back on and turn upside down for a minute over a paper towel. Any excess will drip from the drip tip onto the towel. as long as you have it wicked well and have no errant fibers or cotton near the airflow channels, you should be good to go.

Worked perfectly thank you! I think my problem was not leaving it upside down long enough.

On one occasion only, the chimney wasn't completely secure on mine. It was very weird, because the top and bottom were secure. I had to drain it, and start it over again, then no leaks. Just in case you ever run into that, thought I'd drop that here. It's possible I had the threading a bit off, too. I still love the v1. A bit more, actually.

The v1 and v2 are almost exactly the same besides the top fill and the v2 deck is slightly larger. The v2 also improved the the drip tip set up instead of it being larger they made it normal size and added a piece to use the glass tip. As far as flavor for the goblin minis I think it's one of the best but overall Vape experience it's not my favorite you have to fill to often it's got restricted airflow when compared to most newer tanks but the flavor really is great. But if I had to list my top three tanks it wouldn't even rank it would be boreas, supreme, and the original 22mm griffin(haven't tried the 25 yet). Don't get me wrong I love the goblin mini it was my first rta about a year ago.

Yea I haven't decided which I like better yet I like that the deck is slightly bigger I got 2.5mm fused Claptons in there pretty easily but the top fill isn't great then again the v1 screw is annoying. As far as the actual vape goes I'm not sure yet it's close I'm gonna have to put the same build in my v1 and vape them side by side. I do like the way they set the drip tip up though I'm actually using the glass one it came with i lost my 2 v1 glass tips in like a week and ended up putting epoxy on the drip tip adapter so it wouldn't fall off. Then I bought another v1 and bought some delrin bars and made a drip tip with a lathe that came from inside the tank like the ones they sell for like $30, but the v2 seems pretty snug I'll probably break it before I lose it lol.

I do like the drip tip set up on the v2, no question about that! My main flavor that I vape tastes worlds different in the v1, over the v2. It works out well, because my 2nd fave vape tastes best in the v2. Go figure. I'm very happy with these tanks. IF I had to choose one, as is, I still think I'd choose the v1.

I haven't found a tank, yet to beat the flavor. I'm hoping that the new Merlin tank will give it a tough run! Excited about that one.

LOL that's me. I've been vaping the same 2 for a long time, I just love them so much! I do mix a lot of samples, too, though. I generally have 4 or 5 tanks going.

I'm a rayon girl, can't help ya out with the cottons. I've tried several and I keep coming back to rayon.

The Merlin went on pre-order just a couple to 3 hours ago :) https://www.subtanksupply.com/the-melrlin-rta-by-augvape.html

Cant seem to get rayon down very well I'm starting to think maybe I bought bad rayon because I thought they didn't need to be broken in but mine definately do need to be they taste terrible at first and then maybe after 10 vapes they start tasting decent and then they will only last me a day or 2 and they start to taste very bland. Raymo said the cotton bacon lasts a long time and it's his favorite so I figured I'd give it a try. And thanks I didn't realize the link was up I saw the pictures roxy posted of the deck and tank.

It's an awesome design.

The packaging on the rayon should say cellucotton. No cotton, just 100% rayon fibers. I've never had an issue with break in time. Use a little more than you would with cotton, it shrinks up a bit. If you didn't like the flavor, I'm hearing from cotton fans that the CB2 if good stuff. Hopefully that one works out well for you.

Lol yea my rayon came in a plain plastic bag with no labels. Forget where I got it from probably amazon. That's probably my problem and I bought like 100 feet of it lol. Thanks hopefully when I get back I'll get some cotton bacon and maybe it will work awsome haha...
