If I looked up the correct mod then it has a 510 pin and not a hybrid connector, is this correct? Not knowing your experience level, going to make this as basic as possible. If you already thought and tried all of this, then consider me stumped.
1. Check the atty on an ohm meter or regulated mod and make sure the resistance reading is steady. If it is not steady, check your build and if it is move on.
2. Remove the top cap and screw the atty on. Adjust the 510 connection screw on the top cap until it contacts the atty. If it screws all the way in without any resistance it may not be contacting the atty pin. In this case check and see if the atty pin is adjustable. If it is, it will unscrew fairly easily and I would start with a half a turn and repeat until you can tell the two are making contact.
3. If your sure the atty and 510 pin in the top cap are making contact reassemble the mod.
4. When the mod is reassembled is there battery rattle? If yes then disassemble again. Adjust the other screw on the top cap out a turn and then reassemble. Repeat until the rattle is gone.
5. If it still won't fire remove the button. Check that when you press the button the contact comes out far enough to contact the battery. If it does not, adjust and try again.
6. If all of that checked out and it is still not working, then I have no idea.
Good luck and hope you figure it out. Always a bummer when the gear isn't working.
