Goon v1 vs recoil, why is my recoil so bad compared to goon

like the title says guys I have the goon v1 and the recoil but to me seems like the goon just kills the recoil. I have tried at least 30 different builds in my recoil and just find it lack luster. Any tips or do some people just not like one rda to the next

The Goon is just a great RDA. Most others don't measure up. I prefer the Icon and the Druga for flavor, but I still have 2 Goon V1's in every day rotation. Have not tried the Recoil, but have heard a lot of good things about it. Maybe sell your Recoil and get another Goon if it's working for you.

I thought my goon was the bomb until I got my dead rabbit. For squonking hands down better from a mechanical aspect and flavor is slightly better. Airflow wide open on rabbit is similar to the goon on 2 holes which is where my goons are permanently parked. Price point on the rabbit is good. Building on it is easy peasy. IMO worth a try.
