Warner Bros. TV and Fox released a new teaser trailer for Season 5 at New York Comic Con, previewing the devastation across Gotham City following Jeremiah's bombing.
The NYCC panel also confirmed speculation that Shane West would be playing iconic Batman villain Bane in Season 5 - and in a twist on the Knightfall comics arc that saw Bane systematically trying to destroy Bruce Wayne's life, executive producer John Stephens revealed that the baddie will break Alfred Pennyworth's spine, rather than Bruce's, in the final season.
