Graduated cylinders?

Ok so just finished ordering everything I wanted to get started with my DIY adventure. Double checked my orders(ordered from multiple places) to make sure I got everything & realized I forgot to get a graduated cylinder. A few questions- is the graduated cylinder the best way to measure the pg & vg, or you guys know of anything better? Second iv spent quite a bit so far so was hoping to get a cheaper GC I do want glass thow. Are most all graduated cylinders equally accurate or should I just spend a little extra to get better one or am I ok with the cheaper ones? I ordered multiple sizes of syringes, some beakers & next the graduated cylinder. Any other ideas on what supplies I'd need for measuring accurately?

I've never used a cylinder, though many do. I'd have to believe they're pretty accurate across the board. Depending on the flavors you're using, some can deteriorate some plastics, even rubber stoppers in syringes. I don't think you have to have a cylinder, but those who use them really like them. I have always just used syringes, until recently. A friend recommended mixing by weight, so I got a scale to try it out. I've only mixed twice with it, but quite enjoyed it.
