Hello all. New to vaping and DIY. I vape primarily CBD. Concerned with the current legislative trends in the US concerning vaping and CBD by the FDA and congress. Figured now is the time to learn DIY - not when it (possibly) become illegal to purchase and/or retailers/manufacturers stop making/selling my particular commercial eJuice.
