Who is grilling tonight? Got some strip loin, cut the rib end into inch n a half - 2 inch steaks... not as much marbeling as id expect from angus choice, but itll do.

Already done. 2" Thick Loin Cut Porkie Chops, Marinated in Chili, Lime Juice, and Cumin with green beans and tomato/cucumber salad with fresh mint. Medium well done over oak charcoal. :stars:

That soubds sophisticated.. i rub a little sea salt on em and thats it... i leave em real bloody. We had a potato and some salad on the side. Steak kicked my assss.

Charcoal grill here, I've only had the opportunity once this year to grill out yet, either the weather was uncooperative or I've just been too busy that night. We had burgers and brats for our first cookout this year. None of which lasted long.

Hell yeah.... i like to get a few pounds of chuck, underblade portion and grind it, throw some bleau cheese crumbles in it and ill mince some bacon and throw that in there along with a xouple of eggs and mix all that shit together... i dont do it too often but that mix is amazing

Storms aren't stopping me tonight, my kid had tball practice. So I cheated, grabbed a bottle of BBQ sauce and tossed it in the crock pot with some chicken legs and breasts. Let that cook while we were at the practice, then proceeded to stuff my face when we got home.

I grill just about every night...my favorite lately is asparagus-green beans in a perforated wok thingy...Ribeye steaks are fantastic anytime.
