Microsoft has announced a new limited edition Halo-themed Xbox Series X console and Xbox Elite Controller for the series' 20th anniversary.
Announced at Opening Night Live, the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 is themed after Master Chief's Mjolnir power armour. Green front panels are accented with black grips and gold details. A 117 decal, the Chief's code, is emblazoned on the front and the top panel. It's already available to pre-order.
The Xbox Series X console, meanwhile, has more of a general Halo theme, with gold accents and a more steel-hued standard controller. The top segment of the console has a starry night sky pattern, and a more armour-like design on the bottom half. It is also available for pre-order, and will be released November 15. It includes a copy of Halo Infinite, which will be available to download from December 8, the Halo Infinite release date.
