Wait, what’s that, this is the eighth episode of Season 3 and is airing just a week after the last episode? Okay, well sure, that’s technically true, but “The Great Red Dragon” felt like a sequel, and not just because of the three-year time jump. Even the episode title stood out, as Hannibal has dropped the meal course naming pattern it has used since the beginning.
