Again, see your doctor and use process of elimination to find the culprit.

Welcome to the Vu. As you mentioned it might be the Vg. If I vape a lot in one of my cloudy mods at night my chest feels full. So I lowered it to 65vg/35pg. Seems to help me. But it could definitely e something health wise also. Copd is a bad one. Makes it hard to catch or exhale. Hope you get it figured out.

I think you may be allergic to some substances in your e-juice. If the clinic in your place is not too expensive, maybe you can drink the juice to the doctor to see if it is the culprit.

steps to follow

1 try 100% PG, no nic, no flavour
2 try 100% VG, no nic, no flavour
3 add nic to the above option that doesn't cause this
4 add flavour

process of elimination to see what element causes it

glad you saw dr :)

I start hacking up VG if over 60%.
Also a few of us have reactions to other ingredients in many ejuices.
Artificial flavroing ingredients? Articifial sweeteners?
I dunno what but I gave up on commercial ejuice after it got me down a few times.
Been 100% DIY for 4 years. And I cannot tolerate most of the flavorings I tried in my diy.
Fruits seem to be the worst.

I do not think that vaping in all it's forms is as well tolerated by ALL people as is smoking.
Strange as that sounds...
It took a lot of work and some suffering on my part to make vaping work for me.
Had I not been determined and tried DIY juice I would still be smoking though.

I am convinced that if you can tolerate and even enjoy it that it is far less harmful to the human body than smoking.
Not as safe as doing neither but far safer than smoking.
