Are they a legit seller or a scam site?

I am not affiliated with them and I am not sure if this type of question is allowed on this site.

If that's the case my feelings wont be hurt if the mods lock this down.

But any information would be appreciated.

I have found threads on the ecig forums where people have ordered from them but never said whether or not they got the items or what.
