Has anyone ever heard of a DIY vape shop cooperative?

I had a thought last night about a DIY cooperative. Of course with the new regulations it's just fanciful thinking, but I was curious. Basically, I imagined renting a store front with booths. Much like consignment shops and antique malls. I haven't gotten too far into the idea. It just seems like it would be cool to have a space where enthusiasts could share their work, get immediate feedback and maybe make a few dollars to keep them stocked up on supplies. I was thinking in a large enough city it could be fun and successful enough to sustain itself. The idea in my head reminds me of a vape exhibition but much more small time. Like I said, it's clearly a no go now. I do live close to Canada though.....
