Having issue with swivles

Tried to build some Clapton coils and other things tonight but I kept having issues where the swivels are not doing there job. Got them from Walmart this is all they had. I have 4 swirled connected with keyrings.

Is there something I can do stop them from not spinning as the drill spins?
Should I add more swivels and keyrings?

Make sure they are bearing swivels, not barrel swivels.

Don't try to do a huge length of wire. Maybe 2ft at most.

Slow down the drill.

They are barrel swivels lol.
Where can I get bearing ones locally?

fishing dept at Wal Mart.
That's where i got the swivels i have now. the shelf is practically empty for swivels at all 3 walmarts in my area.
Maybe its fishing season or something or some fool is a serious vapor and bought out all the swivels to resell at one of the ripoff local stores

Also dip the swivel in thin oil. Then wipe off good.

Even with ball bearing swivels it is a good idea to link 2 together to reduce an twisting resistance. Or in case 1 locks up.
