He4 battery possibly bad?

I've had the set of he4 for about 8 months. Last night I put them in my nitecore charger and one battery read 4.10 volts and the other read 3.76...I'm assuming the battery is bad and draining off of the other battery. And input would be great. Thanks in advance

Fresh out of my sigelei one was 4.1 the other was 3.7.. They've been married since I bought them so I'm not sure. Yesterday when I put them in with what I thought was a fresh charge the battery level on my mod read 88 percent. I didn't think anything of it until I put them on the charger and saw he voltage difference. I've got another married pair for my dual battery mods and singles for tubes. So I'll just toss the suspect batteries more than likely
